By accessing or using the EasiBucks website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the Services.

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Services

EasiBucks provides the following services:

  • EasiLoan: Short-term payday advances backed by salary, disbursed within 24 hours.
  • EasiSave: Automatic savings contributions deducted from each loan repayment.
  • Employer Portal: Tools for employers to manage employee onboarding, payroll integration, and reporting.
  • Agent Portal: Tools for registered agents to onboard employers and earn commissions.
Important: All loans are subject to approval based on employment verification, salary confirmation, and our internal credit assessment. We reserve the right to decline any application.

3. Eligibility

To use EasiBucks services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a citizen or legal resident of the Kingdom of Eswatini
  • Be employed by a registered EasiBucks partner employer
  • Have a valid bank account in Eswatini
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration

We may verify your eligibility through your employer, bank, and other third-party sources.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
  • Not share your login credentials with anyone
  • Log out of shared or public devices

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, two-factor authentication, and regular security audits. However, no system is completely secure, and you use the Services at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the EasiBucks website and application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Visibitty Pty Limited (trading as EasiBucks) or its content suppliers and is protected by Eswatini and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without our prior written consent.

The EasiBucks name, logo, Liffa character, Liffa mascot, and related marks are registered trademarks of Visibitty Pty Limited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visibitty Pty Limited and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to EasiBucks in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms: excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Eswatini law.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation in Mbabane, Eswatini, and if mediation fails, to arbitration under the Arbitration Act of Eswatini.
