1. Acceptance of Terms

By applying for an EasiBucks loan, using our USSD service (*9995#), or accessing our borrower portal, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Loan Terms

Loan range: E 200 to E 5,000
Interest rate: 15% flat monthly (reducing to 11% with on-time repayments)
Term: 30 days, single instalment
Repayment: Via salary deduction on payday
Pro-rata daily interest rebate on early settlement
10% EasiRewards set-aside on every loan
7-day cooling-off period between loans
No rollovers permitted

3. Fees

Three fees only, disclosed upfront: Interest (15% flat), Admin Fee (2.5%), Payroll Processing Fee (2%). No other fees exist. If a fee is not listed here, it does not apply.

4. House Rules

01 — No hidden fees
02 — No rollovers (30 days is 30 days)
03 — No debt collectors, no family contact, no home visits
04 — We make you earn rewards (on-time repayment builds your profile)

5. EasiRewards

10% of interest paid is set aside in your EasiRewards wallet. After 3 on-time repayments, 50% is unlocked. After 6, 100% is unlocked. Rewards can be saved or cashed out to MoMo.

6. Default

If repayment fails, we contact you directly to discuss a structured repayment plan. We do not use debt collectors. Persistent non-payment may be reported to credit bureaus and may affect future loan eligibility.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini and the FSRA regulatory framework.
