EasiBucks (Visibilitty Pty Ltd), a financial services provider licensed under FSRA FSP No. 0723/2025, is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Eswatini Data Protection Act, 2022 ("the Act") and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) principles.

2. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of personal information:

• Identity: Full name, national ID number, date of birth
• Contact: Mobile phone number, email address, physical address
• Financial: Employer name, monthly income, bank account details, payslip data
• Transaction: Loan applications, disbursements, repayments, EasiRewards balance
• Device: IP address, browser type, USSD session data

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your personal information for the following purposes:

• To assess loan applications and determine creditworthiness
• To disburse loans and collect repayments via salary deduction
• To manage your EasiRewards wallet and process redemptions
• To comply with FSRA regulatory reporting requirements
• To prevent fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing
• To communicate with you about your account and our services

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for a maximum of 7 years from your last transaction, as required by FSRA regulations. After this period, your PII is anonymised while aggregate data may be retained for statistical purposes.

Under the Act, you have the right to:

• Access your personal information (Data Subject Access Request)
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to regulatory retention requirements)
• Object to processing for direct marketing

6. Security Measures

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including: encrypted password storage (bcrypt), HMAC-signed session tokens, HttpOnly cookies, rate limiting, audit logging, and access controls. All staff undergo POPIA compliance training.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with: your employer (for salary deduction), FSRA (regulatory reporting), credit bureaus (repayment history), and law enforcement (if required by law). Third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements.
